CAC or REAA staff who make assessments that are quashed, overturned or reversed by the Tribunal will now be reported here. Subject to a name suppression order, anyone who elects to take a “no case to answer” assessment to the Tribunal for re-examination and the Agent is found not to be at fault, their name is published here.

If any CAC staff believes they made any inappropriate guilty finding based upon an inadequate REAA investigation, please contact us and let us know the details. We would need to know the name of the investigator and what they did or did not provide and should have.
